Established in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada in 1999, Quinn's Energy Services employs more than 160 individuals spanning the gamut of vocations from skilled trades-people to professionals. In 2010, Quinn's Energy Services proudly expanded our operations to the USA with three facilities: a main office/manufacturing facility in Houston, TX., equipment rental facilities in Yorktown, TX., Midland TX., Victoria, TX., Alice, TX., Kilgore, TX., Casper, WY., and another rental facility in Youngsville, LA. We offer a wide range of wireline related products including pressure control equipment, production logging tools, wireline skids and trucks, depth tension devices, and associated equipment. Our professional approach to meeting your needs includes on-call customer support, custom designs and product development, meticulous quality control standards, and on-site test facilities. Q u i n n s e n e r g y s e r v i c e s . c o m Grease Control Head Maintains a seal around wireline when a grease injection system is used Prevents escape of wellbore fluids Grease seal is achieved by pumping a viscous fluid between the wireline and grease tube Grease tubes are available in various sizes for slickline & braided line Sections can be added or removed to compensate for pressure variations Bottom sub contains a velocity check valve Available in pressure ratings up to 15K Description The Grease Control Head maintains a grease seal around static (stationary) or dynamic (moving) wireline to prevent the escape of potentially harmful wellbore fluids and gases.A grease seal is achieved by pumping viscous fluid through the space between the inner diameter of grease flow tubes and the outer diameter of wireline.The fluid pumped into a grease control head is controlled by a grease injection system.   • 7. 4 Linewiper/Packoff Packoff section provides seal around static cable Wiper section drains fluids to containment system Line rubbers and guides available for various wireline sizes Line rubbers and guides are easily changed AccessoriesDescription The Packoff section of the Linewiper/Packoff acts as a type of well control by providing a grease assisted, rubber seal around a wireline.This seal helps restrict wellbore fluids and gases beneath it. The Linewiper section uses a soft rubber seal to strip wellbore fluids from wireline traveling through it. These waste fluids are returned to an appropriate containment system by way of a waste drainage hose.
