My family has been in business for over thirty years; successfully publishing best of guides in several cities. We publish a two hundred page, coffee table book; which is a full color publication, filled with rich history, culture, and local highlights. Our goal is to create a context guide that shows the glamour and excitement of an areas key resources in a way that appeals to new residents, current residents, as well as visitors alike. We work hard to establish distribution with bookstores, merchants, corporations, hotels, and realtors. In recent editions, we have been very successful at achieving support from the community at local and state levels to stand behind our guide. We are not the only ones who exist, but we are very different. We have done this for over thirty years in multiple metropolitan markets. We have also been successful in bringing business to our clients while helping them to establish their brand and name recognition. We can show you there is no comparison between our competitors and us. This isn’t just advertising, we create an enormous community section filled with local sports, celebrities, shopping, and dining districts. Our prestigious guide contains a limited number of sections consisting of a limited number of ads per section. This year, we are currently working on creating our first phone application and hope to have it active by the time we publish. The application will consist of your store hours, products, and easily accessible directions. In addition, we have a website that ties you immediately into “the Breeze” after your proof approval at NationalGuidePublications.com. Our website is registered with online search engines to gain maximum exposure. The website is an aspect of your advertorial that can be changed weekly or monthly at your discretion to showcase promotions. We plan on printing before 2014; however, as soon as your advertorial is approved, we place you right into the website. Your ad becomes live the moment you approve it! Publishing“Best of” guides in New York , Indianapolis, Cincinnati, now Orange County. We will publish our ϔirst “Best of the Beach” edition later this year. The ϔirst run will print 50,000 30,000 magazines all of which will be distributed free of charge to our targeted distribution outlined in our “Circulation Information” page. We offer the option to print more as needed, usually delivering in less than 4 weeks from time of order. Each of our listed hotels will receive up to 500 complimentary copies, depending on the size of the facility. Also, 50 free prints will be distributed to each venue listed on our Circulation list such as local attractions, real estate ofϔices, corporations and advertisers in the magazine, etc. Our efforts are primarily focused within the I-405 between Huntington Beach and Laguna Beach. Speciϔically we will cover Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Corona Del Mar, and Laguna Beach. We also distribute in targeted areas such as shopping, dining, and tourist districts. These guides are coffee table style magazines that display comfortably in any venue. Our guides are given out by HR departments to new hires and relocated employees, by realtors to new home owners, placed within private suites at local attractions, on private jets, and of course to people staying at local hotels to acquaint them with “the Best of the Beach”. “the Breeze” will not entail a year number printed within the magazine. Considering the quality of the publication, it has potential to still be used and in circulation many years after its initial print. The positioning available within the magazine are the inside front or back covers, which are known as our sponsorship pages. This package includes a two page Advertorial and 1000 copies of the issue. Other options include a full page, half page or quarter page advertorial. Each advertorial includes: Professionally written advertorial text explaining the story behind the venue Professionally photographed, edited and mastered images Exposure on our new website and phone application Professionally framed advertorial The Guide is an annual publication. We put the initial ϔirst print into every venue, hotel and attraction free of charge. Thereafter, we charge a discounted replenishment fee. The retail price of each magazine is $10.95. For bulk orders of 100+ or more, the discounted price is $6.95 per issue. Our space reservation deadline is September 2013. The artwork deadline is October 2013. This timeline ensures ample time to go to the presses by November or December 2013. We maintain a close relationship with our clients and are willing to work with circumstances as they arise, but appreciate sticking to the schedule outlined above.
