Later in the day, the pope will canonize a new saint in a special mass at Catholic University - the first time a Catholic saint has been canonized on U.S. soil. Washington, DC is the first stop on the pope's six-day, three-city tour of America. After DC, the pope will head to New York City and Philadelphia.
