At midday in July, four children: Kostis, Ourania, Helen and Bill,
gathered in the playground and argued about what game they
wanted to play. Someone suggested hide and seek, chase,
hopscotch or relay race.
Everyone insisted on playing the game which he or she
had suggested. One hour passed arguing and at the end
they were flushed from all the arguing and loud voices.
While they continued to quarrel, it started to drizzle.
Then they all got angry because the time passed and
they didn’t play anything. Each child blamed the other.
