National Austalia Group (NAG) Compliance with data protection case study

With online banking here to stay, how do you stop fraud? Wilson Ferguson of National Australia Group Europe went looking for a new, easy-to-use security solution to reduce theft. Wilson’s ingenuity saw the deployment of a BT multi-factor authentication solution. For each online transaction, customers enter their usual passwords. A secure transaction-unique token, which customers must also enter, is then automatically issued. A huge fraud reduction has followed. Compliant with data protection requirements, the platform is fully scalable. So, as online banking continues to expand, Wilson knows the BT solution will grow with it.
