  • 2. What is Your Definition of Networking? Peter A. Margaritis, LLC Copyright 2014 Networking • Some say networking is just talking to strangers. But the dictionary defines a stranger as "one who is neither a friend nor an acquaintance." ! • The word stranger sounds scarier than the benign definition. Why do we give such power to strangers, these people we don't even know yet? Peter A. Margaritis, LLC Copyright 2014
  • 3. Networking • “A supportive system of sharing information and services among individuals and groups having a common interest” ! • “Up the proverbial creek? If you got a network, you always have a paddle.” Harvey Mackay! • “Networking takes drive and is very influential” Peter A.
