Institutionalizing the relationship between NMA and Agricultural Extension Services for delivery ofweather information;2. Training of Trainers for Agricultural Extension Workers;3. Roving Seminars in different agro-climatic regions of Ethiopia;4. Distribution of Rain Gauges and Training of Farmers in their use;5. Post Evaluation in a sample of the villages serviced by the trainees from the Agricultural ExtensionServices;6. Review of farming practices and impact of seminars on farmers’ behaviors / crop success and7.
