Chief of Strategic Planning July 2009 to June 2010 U.S. Southern Command, Miami, FL Led division of 9 personnel coordinating with 6 division and 6 team chiefs resulting in the development of the first ever theater campaign plan approved by the Secretary of Defense. Oversaw development of multiple planning efforts in support of national defense. These plans were used in the immediate and long-term Humanitarian and Disaster Relief operations for Haiti’s earthquake, coordinating movements of 22K soldiers and $450M in aid support and training.
