Poppy seed comes from
Mediterranean. It penetrated from
wild panpager sentinerum. Some
civilizations like Egyptians used opium
as a sedative. Originally, people began
to cultivate poppy for the seed, but the
older Sumerians (about 2000 BC) knew it brings a deep sleep and has
effects on the central nervous system. It was also used by the ancient Greeks

Calcium promotes bone and teeth,
while Vitamin D enhances calcium
absorption and bone growth.
Adequate intake of both substances
is important throughout life,
especially in development, fifties
and during pregnancy. Most calcium while not in dairy products, but in a
