CAUSE OF PROBLEM- 1.Not so much effective and proper structure of primary education system 2.Not effective and structured syllabus with requirement 3.Not much proper involvement of student-teacher-parents 4.Examination pattern system has to change in some extent 5.Not much liberty to school teacher and students also 6.Lower class and less payments given to primary teachers compare to others teachers 7.Criteria ,for become a teacher is not up to the mark or hard enough. REASON FOR SELECTING CAUSE Because what we r observing currently DELHI RAPE CASE, TERRoRISM IN INDIA, CORRUPTION,REGIONAL IMBALANCE,HEALTH, INDIA and BHARAT condition and all SCAMS ,POVERTY,CULTURE DISAPPERING,if see and study you will get answer i.e.only cure not prevention ,we want to discover root of prevention ,that somewhere in EDUCATION….finally each individual learns and behave what he has got in early phase if life, if we give right path, through the right education ,each of above somewhere dependent on EDUCATION ,but see what we are observing today's India.

PROPOSED SOLUTION INNOVATION SOLUTION CONCEPT OBJECTIVE- To develop and growth as human being, not more than that… first step we must fix objective what we want from young generation of India,whether growth or development or both or anything else 1.Firstly we have to change primary education system structure in some extent,evoloutionary process to Revolutionary process. 2.For primary level, it should be more freedom, more fun games ,sports, learning through games model to easy understanding and acceptance of new concepts rather than only traditional blackboard learning and then without understand ,mugging process which causes different effects to that student without proper development of brain and many more unwanted effects. 3.Should not give more stress to early age by giving subjects like science in 1 or 2 class, because science is easy to understand more practically, and some basic subject of today's should be continues. 4.Subjects like humanity or nation i.e.name itself to big ,looks like diffcult,but we want to introduce some simple thing in that we try to develop love -affection towards society,country,not but least humanity, that should continues further. 5.Specially more emphasis given to sports ,athletics games so that energy lives in them, health should be maintains indirectly i.e.1st step development and growth of players for country. 6.some flexibility should be given to school for according to requirement of student ,they conduct own curriculum 7.Also today's situation saying that we as human changing lot much, changing culture, we loosing what we r known in rest of world ,that morality, that culture norms, value should be maintain so that we does not want culture of western ,we want culture of own,i.e.own identity and so nation like subject we must have to start teach from primary level what is a country,nation , how to behave ,how to respect that all. .

Students becomes more interested in this process. they can be easily able to understand by giving more freedom, providing some kinds of games ,which is related to education related so that as child they are more prone to this thing ,so easy to understand without mugging process which is stressful and no useful to develop of brain and concepts also. 3.Useful to incorporating humanity like subjects ,attitudes ,helps to develop and growth as human being and country development

Implementation of the solution 1.High level description of key steps- 1].changing eligibility criteria for become a primary teacher –from study of various countries ,we came to know and realize that teacher that are coming which is not up to required mark, here basic fundamental we are lacking because every where whether it is tree or home ,base root is so important that base is valid for everywhere in life, why should not here ,which is most important education section is , on this section, all are ultimately dependent for any progress of country 2].criteria minimum like that master or minimum bachelor degree ,so that more information, more knowledge they have and what requirement of education for today's era, for today's child development requirement,they knows.so we trying more hardness to become a teacher ,so atomatically it deseve high prestige and payment,that also motivate to deaal with future india. 3]. Subjects like psychology or subject like moral ethics ,integrity should be compulsory there in teachers eligibility criteria so that they have knowledge well enough of norms, value ,way of living with peoples and many more that helps to teachers to corporate ,to understand ,to analyze the students to up to some extent – What type of student he is What type of hobbies or in which area does he or she more suitable or more interested Whether he will suitable for sports Where is lacking or his/her strong points That all in some extent ,he able to understand so that TEACHER concepts of primary teacher in India has to change ,surely it is going to be help, to outputting large number of students skillful in various fields to contributing development of country's goals
  • 6. 4].So that ,No need to mention or invest rupees in every budget for increasing skillful worker, because we don’t have that number to required extent, 5].Also if we mention special teacher in every government school of sports that also very benificial for sports in india to making players which are we are lacking in large number ,so it is very powerful weapon to create sporty india 6].Games model, video games should more helpful to understand any concepts for child student,no need to mugg.If we take an example of monopoly one game is there, in that game,business theme is there ,so many students are easily using words like interest,loan so this is big concepts are there ,if we look this child students are easily playing with this concepts,because 1].This is fun game,so become interested,no need to say concentrate 2].It is in the form of charts,video form,drawing type,so easy to understand 7].More freedom to play because through playing more aggresion ,passion ,energy,innovative ideas,freshness that all in one look ,we can observe which most important in early age to provide freedom to explore his ideas 8].Regularily arrange or set platform for student for various activites in more number according to their interest 9].In early school,more importance should be to given for morality,norms,nation concepts,culture,respect compare to language or history subjects.

Finacial,human resourse at each stage Finance should create by goverment itself and also we are developing country ,so each base indirectly and directly dependent on education learning process,from that only we can change from developing to developed nation.central,state and eductional tax in entertainment department and where-ever possible Human resourse from only through cet,basic criteria like pscyology subject in degree level,then specific cet is there,interview should be there because one who going to teach future india then without analysis how rare you trusting on them, You are taking interview for lots of exam to analysis his attitudes,behaviour,patient, so who supposed to work with very small students,so why not should compulsory ? Yes,it is to quite typical to apply in hurry,but some day we have to apply ,surely big result ,output will get it.for other aspests also for sport teacher ,other staff menmbers some criteria shoud be there on that only basis we can create human resourse,by providing some skill to them.

Impact of solution Criteria to measure and scailibility 1.We have to check this education system by not only checking the student status only but also overall school performance in various curriculum , 1.School freedom towards students and teacher also 2.Student happy index 3.School exam –in that no need to take exam in primary level,give permission to teacher according requirement if he feels so he or she has rights of that,only 1 compulsory exam for whole school its enough. 4.Weekly assesment of student or monthly assesment just orally,without informing them ,sudden assesment should be take,whatwver results ,just try to infrom ,improve without, giving stress to them 5.Teacher assesment/index Sustainbility of solution .It will sustain for long period, surely it will requires more time,it will not only provide skillful student but also as perfect human being which is more important than any thing.

Challenges and mitigation factors 1.Big challenge is only here is buget-money-economy factor and political big positivity should be for primary education by considering 1st priority and big bonus. 2.Simply to counterattact this Educatinal tax should be imparted on entertainment department like movies and cricket matches ,whereever entertainment involves because here,most of people comes from strong economical section,not so much burdon to poor section.also one factor goverment has to think educational loan without an interest by strong criteria. Also nows days big factor ,lots of parents are more eager to tution classes by paying large money ,and on those tution ,no one is there to control and check up for quality.so if you in school itself ,giving high quality trained teacher ,no one will try to go to tution and for that you can take some money as fees according to requirement of school ,so your (goverment) problem in some extent will be reduce Hope,only our group want to say after our survey ,we want Education which produced small boy/girl convert into human Beings rather profit based human .but now in india situation Changing ,so we want to contine this humanity through edu Cation............... And which also provide nation intensity ....
