Innovative Goals Goals designed to improve level of service to the customer, improve the work environment or something new and different within the organization. What is the stated Vision for your agency? What is the stated Mission for your agency? What are your stated Core Values and Beliefs or Guiding Principles? What are your overall S.M.A.R.T. organizational goals? Those goals which affect the entire organization and do not necessarily apply to a specific department. Example goal: “Become paperless by March 31, 2016” For each of the respective organizational goals above, what are your respective strategies and plans to accomplish them?
