Top tips! • Make sure you keep sufficient medical records so that you or a colleague could reissue the certificate in the future if it is lost, damaged or stolen. • Remember to tell the traveller to keep their certificate safe. Some scan their document and email it to themselves, they may also leave a copy at home.
