All Stations. 5 Bay Steam / Serving Station, drained, cleaned and sanitized. All stations lower storage shelves organized, surfaces cleaned and sanitized. All stations, Sneeze guards cleaned, and free of non-service related items. Floors swept, mopped. Cleaning utensil’s returned to organized cleaning room. All stations, drain’s free of clutter and Cleaned. Left properly functioning. All trash cans emptied, dirty rags returned to proper storage in cleaning room. Food Warmer’s OFF, Sanitized, cleaned inside & out. Oven’s ( 2 ) OFF. Sanitized, cleaned inside & out. Steam Jacket cleaned, sanitized, drained. Inside and out. Fryer OFF. Area cleaned and floor & surfaces left clear of grease. Hood Fan System OFF. Catch Drains emptied as needed, checked daily. Grill OFF. Area cleaned & left operational ready for NEXT DAYS SERVICE.
