When I used to have physical relapses, I couldnt really judge if there was a cognitive relapse too, because it was difficult enough to overcome the physical relapse. However, I have had relapses where my physical imparement was too bad for me to manage at my employers site, but Ive managed to continue working from home, in my home office - "no cognitive slowing"? I had symptoms for nearly 20 years before I was given a definite RRMS label, but it was cognitive changes which made me demand to be taken seriously as my job and life was being seriously undermined.
