Data Retention: Case Study on Transparency, Security and Proportionality

The study was aimed to know *internet* communication data retention in practice in the Czech Republic. ISPs and Application service providers were queried about data security, personal data treating practice and relations to law enforcement authorities. The study is made in close relation to contemporary constitutional complaint against Czech data retention law.
