The SafeCall.ca “Home Page” <ul><li>SafeCall.ca works on the K.I.S.S. principal. </li></ul><ul><li>All of SafeCall.ca’s systems have a straight forward design. </li></ul><ul><li>It is absolutely easy and trouble free to use. </li></ul><ul><li>The “Home” page has Make Calls, Clients, To Do, Add DNC and Log Out buttons. </li></ul><ul><li>Lets click “Make Calls” </li></ul>
  • 7. The “Make Calls” Window <ul><li>Let’s enter a phone number in the Phone Number “panel”. </li></ul><ul><li>You can check that phone number against the National Do-Not-Call registry by clicking the “Check” button. </li></ul>

D-N-C Results Window <ul><li>Here is the “Results” window for that call. </li></ul><ul><li>As you can see this number is on the “Do-Not-Call” registry! </li></ul><ul><li>You now know that you can not call this number. </li></ul><ul><li>You can now make a “New Call” by clicking the “New Call” link. </li></ul>

The Add D-N-C Button <ul><li>If you are prospecting and find a person who wants their phone number to be added to your personal (D-N-C list) you can simply click the add D-N-C button (on your home page), fill in the details and add the number to your D-N-C list. </li></ul><ul><li>SafeCall.ca saves all D-N-C information so that, in the future, should you attempt to call this number, SafeCall.ca will advise you that you can not call. </li></ul>
  • 10. Let’s make a New Call <ul><li>Now let’s go back to the “make Call” page. </li></ul><ul><li>Let’s enter a new phone number in phone number panel. </li></ul><ul><li>Then click the “Check” button. </li></ul>

Results … Ok to call! <ul><li>If you are on-line at your computer you may make your call using your telephone. </li></ul><ul><li>If you are on-line using an “I Phone” … just click the link and SafeCall.ca will connect your call. </li></ul><ul><li>Let’s assume that you make a good contact with a prospect and want to create a “Client” file. </li></ul><ul><li>Click the “SafeCall” logo and you will be returned to the “Home” page. </li></ul>
  • 12. The “Client” Button <ul><li>Now that you are on the “Home” page just click the “Clients” button. </li></ul>
  • 13. The Client Interface <ul><li>When you click the “Clients” button you will be shown the “Client” Interface. </li></ul><ul><li>The “Client” Interface displays your client list along with “Add Client”, “Find Client” and “Home” buttons. </li></ul><ul><li>Let’s “Add a Client” </li></ul>

Client Management <ul><li>All data entry has been streamlined for easy use and functionality. </li></ul><ul><li>Just enter the client’s Name, Address, Phone, Email and Client Type info, then click the “Submit” button. …That’s it! </li></ul><ul><li>On this client page you will also see the “Add To Do” and “Find Clients” buttons. </li></ul><ul><li>Let’s add a “To Do”. </li></ul>
  • 15. Adding a “To Do” <ul><li>There are 2 ways that you can add a “To Do”: </li></ul><ul><li>To add a “To Do” just return to the “Home” page and click the “To Do” button. </li></ul><ul><li>You can also add a “To Do” from your client detail page. </li></ul>
  • 16. Adding “To Do” Details <ul><li>Once in the “Add To Do” widow just fill in the details then add them to your schedule by using the “Date Due” window. </li></ul>

The “Date Due” Calendar <ul><li>When you click the “Date Due” window just select the date that you want to be reminded of your “To Do”. </li></ul><ul><li>SafeCall.ca will itemize all of your “To Do” items and will display them (by date). </li></ul><ul><li>You can access all of your “To Do” reminders by clicking the “To Do” button on your “Home” page. </li></ul>
