analysis• On analyzing the first question i.e. when they feel exceptionally good about Chitkara. The answers were mainly focused on the opportunities provided to them for personal growth, recognition, advancement and responsibility.• However on analyzing the second question i.e. when they feel exceptionally bad about Chitkara the answers were mostly related on the policies of Chitkara, working conditions and relationships.
conclusion• We can conclude that the reasons that made people feel good are different from the reasons that made them feel bad..• Intrinsic factors like growth, appreciation, advancement also called Motivators seems related to motivate the students in Chitkara..
