LN Eurocom Tele Services A/S sold to the IT Company Moranti A/S
One of the largest call centers in Denmark with approximately 500 employees and offices in Aalborg,
Aarhus and Copenhagen has been acquired by Moranti A/S, which will invest heavily in further
developments of the company in order to expand its position in the Nordic region.
As of January 30, 2015, Moranti A/S is the new owner of LN Eurocom Tele Services A/S, which so far has
been part of the NORDJYSKE Medier group. The decision to sell is based on NORDJYSKE's decision to
focus on its core business, namely running a media company.
‐ We are extremely pleased with this agreement with Moranti, a company that has both the
appropriate skills and the interest to ensure that LN Eurocom continues to grow and is able to maintain
the staff’s excellent service level. This will have no immediate impact on either daily operations or
existing contractual obligations. We will strive to create the most positive transition possible and we
are convinced that the employees are in safe hands with the new owner, says Mr. Claus Falk, Chairman
of the Board, LN Eurocom.
Martin Rahbek, current Chairman of the Board at Moranti A/S, will take over as CEO in Moranti A/S and
LN Eurocom Tele Services A/S on March 1, 2015.

LN Eurocom will continue to operate from the current three addresses as a subsidiary of Moranti with
an ambition to take a larger slice of the Nordic call center and IT service market.
