  • 10. Water Pollution Water pollution in Dhaka watershed has reached alarming levels and imposing a significant threat to health and economic activity, particularly among the poor and vulnerable. Sources of water pollutions:  Capacity and gravity of drainage system  Population growth and unplanned development  Storage of construction materials etc.
  • 11. Sound Pollution Sources of sound pollutions:  Industries  Motorized vehicles  Construction Works  Indiscriminate Use Of Loudspeaker etc. Sound pollution or noise disturbance is the disturbing, unwanted or excessive noise that may harm the activity or balance of human or animal life.
  • 12. Effects of pollutions on Health Every pollutions has a great negative impact on living organism and environment. Major negative impacts:  Physical Illness  High Blood Pressure  Kidney And Lung Cancer  Headache  Eyes Damages  Diabetic  Sneezing  Tiredness Etc.

Effects of Pollutions on Environment and Animal  Natural Disaster Ex- Cyclone, Storms, Desertification Etc.  Global Warming  Increase CO2  Lose of Biodiversity  Lose of Ecosystem  Lose of Species Etc. Pollution brings a threat also environment and animals as a result we are going to seriously face or already have faced.

Recommendations for How to Reduce Pollution Completely reduce pollution is not possible but taking initiatives we can keep it under our control for future living and present.  Create public awareness on environment pollution  Use green technology  Stop de-forestation and plant more trees  Remove factories from residential area  Encourage research works on environment pollution prevention  Enforcement of law
