  • 3. EARN AIR MILES BY DOING WHAT YOU DO ANYWAY If you like the freedom to choose, you’ll love your options for earning air miles with Diners Club. Option 1: ClubMiles ClubMiles is our revolutionary new rewards programme that is based on the idea that when redeeming your Miles you should have as much choice as possible, whether it’s on flights, hotel accommodation, and much, much more. ClubMiles gives you the freedom to choose any airline, any seat, any time, anywhere. Why be limited to one airline when, by linking your Diners Club card to ClubMiles, you can choose from any airline you want? Gone are the days of redeeming air miles only if and when seats become available. With ClubMiles you decide when you want to fly, just as if you were paying in cash instead of Miles. You can even use your Miles to pay airport taxes. You don’t have to switch, but you can. GET A REAL ADVANTAGE At no additional cost, your company and its cardholders can access Diners Club Advantage, a web based reconciliation tool. Depending on the access level, users are able to: • Access the interim and monthly invoice • Save and print the monthly invoice as a PDF and/or download it into an excel spread sheet to enhance the matching process • Add additional reference data after the transaction has taken place DINERS CLUB ADVANTAGE plus For a minimal once-off set-up cost, your company can access Diners Club Advantage plus, a web based ‘end-to-end’ expense management tool. Depending on the access level, users are able to: • View pre-set airline, car hire and accommodation summaries • Build customised reports using a pivot table • Facilitate the expense management process – allocate and approve transactions • Extract allocated and approved transactions in various file formats for upload into any financial system
  • 4. You can change to ClubMiles even if you already have an SAA Voyager or a British Airways Avios linked Diners Club card. When you switch you’ll retain the air miles you’ve already earned, and be able to redeem them through the airline. To link to ClubMiles Corporate members can either register as Consolidated or Individual subject to an authority letter being completed and uploaded on Call Tracker. Complete the online registration form at clubmiles.dinersclub.co.za Option 2: SAA Voyager Choose to link your Diners Club card to SAA Voyager and use your Diners Club card for everyday purchases, both large and small, to earn reward flights across the world on South African Airways flights or any of SAA’s global Star Alliance member airlines. Option 3: British Airways Avios The Executive Club is British Airways’ global frequent flyer programme designed to reward loyal and frequent travellers internationally. British Airways offers an extensive global route network, enhanced through the oneworld Alliance partnership. Lounge availability - Lounge visits are available 1hr30mins prior to domestic and 3hrs prior to international departures - Early arrival at a lounge that exceeds the above, may attract additional charge to the cardholder at the discretion of the lounge. - Guests will be charged according to the lounge’s rate card. *Access granted upon presentation of a valid Diners Club card and boarding pass - both in the same name. An ID/Drivers Licence/ Passport may be requested for identification purposes. ESSENTIAL TRAVEL PROTECTION Every public conveyance ticket purchased on a Diners Club Corporate and Travel Lodged Card Account entitles the traveller to automatic travel insurance (Phase I) cover at no additional charge. The option exists to effect top-up insurance (Phase II) at a minimal charge, which increases your overall emergency medical cover, cover for pre-existing medical conditions (74 years and below) and Seniors (75 years and above) and includes extras such as loss of baggage.
