Transcripts - Narrative m.ethel
At 1st we are very excited in having our first rotation because we know that we may be
able to give meds on our own, but of course with the supervision of our C.I. ma’am Ethel
Not having a second thought I want to be the med nurse, but of course ma’am Ethel is
the one who will choose. That is not easy for a first timer but surely an exciting experience for
all of us. All of us are not exempted in committing mistakes, but our clinical instructor has a
longer patience on us. She correct us in things that we done in every mistakes.
We enjoy chatting if we have some spared time. We talk everything under the sun.
While having our conversation or open forums the table is never empty with foods or
something to eat during the talking and talking sessions. We might be haggard or no more
energy when we go home but I assure you I enjoy a lot in our duty. I thank Ma’am Ethel for
teaching us on how to give meds. She is our 1st clinical instructor this 1st rotation in 1st
semester. I enjoy being scolded sometimes because in that way I will be able to correct some
mistakes that I’ve done, and it will retain to me.
My experience with Ma’am Ethel in the hospital in the male ward is hard but with her
help its hardness is lesser.
