I have expertise on oxygen evolution measurement, spectral analysis and combination of different techniques and methods to support the histidine mediated detection method. In parallel, I got efficiency in imaging analysis of algal and cyanbacterial cells, with confocal laser scanning microscope and fluorescence stereo microscope. 3-Masters thesis projects ( 2002- 2007) Basic analytical techniques, basic microbiological techniques (Media preparation, Agar Well diffusion assay), basic molecular biology techniques (Plasmid extraction, Genomic DNA extraction, gel electrophoresis, screening and isolation, southern blotting), cell and tissue culture techniques, light microscopy. 4-Research Assistant (2008-2013) Plant distribution and pattern of species diversity,Collection of plants ,ethnobotany and establisment of herbarium sheats.
