Field researcher/ Process Evaluation Expert, Targeting Process Evaluation PSCS Cluster A, GHK International, (2012) Location: Districts Rawalpindi, Attock, Lahore, Qasur Stakeholder: National Rural Support Programme (NRSP) Activities performed: To assess whether BISP and their Partner Organizations are implementing the Targeting Process following the methodology described in the Targeting Manual and its respective annexes. Develop Evaluation Framework, field visit plan, develop process evaluation tools. Make recommendations for procedural adjustments, based on field observations. 8. Manager Operations, Poverty Scorecard Survey (PSC) of District Faislabad, Bhakkar and Rahim Yar Khan. Avais Haider Liaqat Nauman (AHLN), (Aug 2010 to November 2011) Stakeholders: BISP/World Bank/PPAF Main project features: The main objective of the Project awarded to AHLN by BISP/PPAF is filling out the Targeting Form, covering each HHs of whole 16 Districts including Faislabad, Bhakkar and Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, including all tehsils, union councils and villages etc. Responsibilities: Covered 150,000 household in Jinnah Town Faisalabad, 50,000 HH in Tehsil Bhakkar and Mankera, 500,000 HHs in all 4 tehsils of Rahim Yar Khan. Designing & conducting tests/interviews for finalizing & selecting field teams for data collection, supervision,and public information campaign & editing, Conduct 45 Training Sessionas Trainer in the whole districts (Targeting form-1, GPS device, Issues and resolution sessions, Team Building). Planning, execution, supervision & monitoring of poverty scorecard household survey at Tehsil level & providing technical support to data collection teams in the field, Develop Monitoring Plan, Monitoring tools, system and procedures, training of field monitors etc. Review the monitoring reports of field monitoring officer; and develop an action plan against the gaps identified by Monitoring Officers, Development of Key Progress Indicator (KPI) Report on daily basis and sent to TeamLead, Preparation of District completion reports. 9.
