Working in the following different Projects: 1) GIZ Early recovery Project at Nowshera. 2) UNHCR Shelter Project at Upper Dir. Kohistan. 3) Now FOSI Legal Empowerment Project at Nowshera. RESPONSIBILITIES:  Overall responsible for all the social mobilization of the activities in the projected area.  To identify extremely vulnerable individuals and families in the targeted area.  Work closely with MCOs and build the capacity in social mobilization to encourage high community participation  Managing SRSP introduction such as Micro Credit, Community physical infrastructure, Health awareness activities, Nonformal education etc. In collaboration with concern section.  To facilitate the implementation of physical infrastructure schemes of the MCOs by maintaining effective coordination between village organization and SRSP.  To arrange skill development classes (For e.g. Tailoring, Embroidery, Block making,& Plumbing etc.)for both males and females.  To maintain the database of trainings and community mobilization activities as per annual work plan.  Prepare successful case studies of enterprise.  Provide daily and weekly report to the DPM regarding the activities carried out in the field.  Distribution of food and non-food items in various areas in above Districts.  Manage the free transportation for the IDPs of Buneir and Dir.  Initiates survey and assessment for different packages created by the organization.  Maintenance of necessary documents.  Monitoring of the program activities in field.  Arranged the 1st and 3rd dialogue MCOs and introduce them about the program.  Arrangement of the different Trainings .i.e. CMST .LMST .PEW .Quail Farming. Responsibilities: Field Responsibilities: Visit to IMC Basic Health Units (BHUs) to check the following records of pharmacy.  Checked the entries of waybills with stock registers.  Checked the entries of prescription chit in Daily Drug Expenses Register.  Checked the expiry dates of drugs in pharmacy and arranged the pharmacy according to the expiry dates.  Checked the physical stocked with the stock register. Office Responsibilities:  Receiving the goods as per the description of the purchase order.  Responsible for all overall matters relating to the pharmacy.  Responsible for the Gift in Kind (GIK) reporting & disbursements.  Responsible for the preparation of various analytical reports.  Maintain the bin cards and the stock registers, both in main and field pharmacies.  Maintain the pharmacy and logistic stores according to the different donations and keep the proper records manually and computerized.  Complete the necessary documentation according to the procedures related to pharmacy and logistic.  Coordinate to the logistic manager for the transportation arrangement.  Generate the movement waybills and gate passes.  Responsible for the issuing of medicine to the field including there documentation as per organization policies & procedures.  Supervise all the sub pharmacies of the health facilities in field and all assistant pharmacists in the office as well as in the field.  Give on job training on the technical issues of the pharmacy in the field.  Arrange the monthly meeting with Assist pharmacist of BHUs to give training more improve their work in BHUs.  Arrange the pharmacy according to the international rules, to the different donations and display the bin cards for different items in pharmacy.  Display all the equipments separately in pharmacy.  Monitoring & in depth checking of the expired medicines on weekly basis. Reporting:  Weekly reports of pharmacy submitted to immediate supervisor and logistic manager.  Monthly report of pharmacy/GIK submitted to immediate supervisor/logistic manager.  Submitted the inventory stock report to immediate supervisor/logistic manager.  Submitted the report about the field visit of BHUs to medical Coordinator.
