  • 2.  Insulation material.  All iron core process slitting, cut to length and stacking.  Winding process.  Primer assembly process.  Final assembly process.  Drying process.  Vacuum and oil filling process.  Preparing transformer for testing.  Preparing transformer for dispatch. • Responsible to do all electrical test during production process:-  DC resistance and insulation resistance test.  Turns ratio test.  Magnetic balance test. • Responsible about specific all Non Conformity cases, detect the root cause of each case to put the root cause analysis, make the correction action to solve it and also corrective action to prevent the frequency of this case. • Responsible about monitor, measure and control all production processes to evaluate and analyze it and show the results in the quality meeting with top management each 3 Months. • Responsible about analyze all customer complaints and modify quality control plan and quality check lists to avoid happened this complain again. • Responsible to lead my quality control team to follow and check all assembly processes of transformer on site. II. Production senior Engineer of distribution transformer with rating up to 3000 KVA and system voltage up to 33 KV at (ALFANAR ELECTERICAL SYSTEMSCOMPANY) in (SAUDI ARABIA)“From Jun. 2008 till Jan.2011” My Duties were as follow: • Start to follow all electromechanical and civil works. • Take a part in production team to install and commission all production machine lines. • Take a part in factory staff to prequalify the factory to get ISO certificate. • Take a part in factory staff to prepare all documents to get the approval of Saudi electrical company.   • 3. • Take a part in factory staff to get the approval and proto type certificate of pole mounted, pad mounted, unit substation and package substation transformers from KEMA LAB (Netherland). • Take a part in production team to startup the factory and produce transformer up to 3000 KVA with system voltage up to 33 KV for (Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Syria). • Responsible about follow the following manufacture processes:-  Primer core coil assembly.  Drying and oil filling process.  Final assembly.  Corrugated wall and tank assembly.  Tank shoo blasting process.  Tank painting Process. • Responsible to make all design modification with drawing if required. III. Production Engineer of power transformers up to 40 MVA with system voltage up to 66 KV at( ELMACO company) in( Cairo)“From Nov. 2004 till May.2008” My Duties were as follow: • Take a part in production team to produce the 1st unit of 40 MVA transformer 66 /11 KV to get the approval certificate from CHISI lab (ITALY). • Responsible about power transformers maintenance inside factory and in the site (from 5 to 40 MVA). • Responsible about follow the following manufacture processes:-  Primer core coil assembly.  Drying and oil filling process.  Final assembly. Training • SAP system training at ALFANAR electrical systems company for 2 weeks. • Oracle system training at ELSEWEDY transformers factory for 1 week. • 6 sigma course at ELSEWEDY transformer factory for 3 Months. • Transformers oil course at ELMACO Company. • Training for all instruments of raw material lab at ELSEWEDY transformers factory as following:-  Oil break down voltage tester.  Oil flash point tester.  Oil moisture tester (ppm).  Resistance meter.  Corrosive sulphur meter.  Viscosity meter for liquid.  Silicon steel tester.  Conductivity meter.  Oil dissolved gas analysis (DGA).
