  • 2.  Designed, developed and implemented a JIT (Just In Time) delivery system database to monitor existing customer inventories, to initiate inventory shipping, and to initiate the replacement of shipped inventory, thus maintaining a predetermined inventory balance.  Designed, developed and implemented an automated electronic billing system to simplify invoicing of recurring specialty product orders of known dollar value  Ensured that final job costs corresponded to initial estimate prior to billing  Acted as single point of contact for Toronto and New York clientele  Successfully exceeded client expectations by proactively providing information  Provided clients with technical information, based on their specific requirements, in order to ensure they received exactly what they expected  Managed and advised upon Canada Post’s “Address Improvement” initiative which was a massive undertaking involving a mailing to over 35,000 clients, each with its own specific variable collateral.  Assisted in the improvement of company process flows as an active member of the Continuous Improvement Management Team  Performed internal auditor duties to ensure maintenance of ISO 9000 certification  Represented Lowe Martin at the July 1998 Xerox vendor fair in St. John, NB.
