WORK EXPERIENCE 05/27 - 07/31 Application Developer Summer Analyst, Credit Suisse, NYC.  Designed and developed a modular, low-latency communication service that improved workflow by connecting a software build platform to a chat server.  Built a replacement application for electronic traders in the options market.  Helped conduct and present a comparative analysis of internal cloud usage. 06/14 - 08/14 Software Solutions Intern, John Wiley and Sons, Hoboken, NJ.  Built an automated reporting tool to analyze the performance of various applications. This tool saved 20% of an analyst's time by automating a tedious process.  Helped software release manager by expanding a VBA tool that dynamically displays software release information.  Reviewed new products by engaging Product Managers in focus groups. 05/12 - 02/13 Actuarial Intern, Prudential Financial, Newark, NJ.  Contributed to the development of large-scale financial projection systems by implementing new functionality and refactoring existing source code.  Made software more maintainable by revising and writing documentation. 09/11 – 07/15 ResNet IT Technician, The College of New Jersey, Ewing, NJ.  Repair student computers by performing malware removal, data migration, network troubleshooting, and hardware installations. TECHNICAL PROJECTS Spring 2015 CrunchyFillerClassifier (github.com/nadyac/Crunchy-Filler-Classifier)  Web application that classifies episodes based on user comments posted on the site Crunchyroll.com. This system was built with Python and Flask. SOAP: Twitter Module  Contributed code to open source project run by the TCNJ CS department. Technologies used include the Twitter REST API, JQuery, and PHP. Winter 2015 DynamicWumpusWorld (github.com/nadyac/DynamicWumpusWorld)  Remake of a 1972 text-based game that implements various search algorithms and AI concepts. Built with Processing.
