MEAL & MESSES: Executive Mess  Looking after all the affairs & issues relating to the Managerial level, Executive Level in mess about food cooking, Quality and discipline of mess workers.  A meeting is arranged of Executive mess members on monthly bases to solve the issues that were submitted by executives in Complaint/Suggestion register in view of all mess members. No unauthorized people enter in the company premises and all entries are guarded.  Responsible for the safety and security of the company stores, property, office and personal against fire, sabotage activities, pilferages, theft and any misconduct.  Ensure that the Company transport is protected / safe guarded from theft damage and used legitimately under the rules. GATE OFFICE:  All documents relayed to gate office like INWARD / OUTWARD, General Receipt Note (GRN), gate entries, registers, records and in / out gate passes at gate office are maintained well as per policies / instructions in ERP System and File it. WEIGH BRIDGE  Looking after all the matters of weigh bridge of INCOMING & OUTGOING vehicle must be weight then out of Mills area through weigh bridge operator and security staff.  If any error is in weigh bridge to solve it through IT department or weigh bridge contractor.  Monthly meeting is held of all Gate Office & Weigh Bridge supervisors in admin office.
