o Managing Eight Exchange Servers 2003 in Active/Passive configuration with over 600
Mailboxes and Public Folders. Also migrating all users to new Exchange 2010 platform
by using Binary Tree. I’m part of the migration team and now managing, supporting
complete Exchange 2010 platform of 28 servers in DAGconfiguration. I also manage
SonicWall servers for email security.
o Managing BES 4.1 Server for blackberry connections.
o Purchase and Install certificates on all required servers. Also coordinate with applications
owners to help them to install certificates.
o I’m responsible of backing up entire Windows and VMware platforms by using
Symantec Backup Exec 2010 R3. For file servers,we use Symantec Continues Protection
Server to backup live and take snapshots on specified time. All backup jobs are duplicate
to tapes accordingly.
o Contact Vender to resolve known issues and other issues if unable to resolve myself.
o Install, manage, upgrade and troubleshoot Dell/HP hardware as needed.
o Manage Windows Systems Infrastructure in server 2003 and 2008 R2 environment.
