Supported manufacturing line in enabling Site GPM certification by initiating GE Professional maintenance (GPM) for MR manufacturing line by implementing concepts like Pre-Flight check list, Standard work combination sheet, Preventive maintenance check list, Critical spare maintenance.
  • 2. Developed and released trouble shooting guide for ATE’s breakdown in MR manufacturing line. Supporting regular production at the manufacturing line by establishing new automated test equipment’s (ATE). Periodic Validation and regular verification of equipment to assure the quality and the preventive maintenance (PM) of the automated test equipment’s (ATE’s). Actively participated and successfully completed GE Global and GE internal LEAN action workouts. Projects Profile Aim: To Design and Develop Automated test equipment to perform sensitivity and oscillation test for the 8CH HNU MR COIL testing and to eliminate manual testing, reduce cycle time, improve the product quality and productivity. Business Impact: Saved 2.117K $/Year and increased output accuracy. Aim: To design and develop KIZUNA ATE for testing KIZUNA gradient drivers for MRI. Business Impact: NPI. Saved15K$ by effective utilization of existing resources. Aim: To design and develop wireless communication system to communicate with the MOBILE Final Quality Check (FQC). Business Impact: Saved 1.7K $/Year and proper maintenance of WIP at manufacturing line.
