Various tasks included in this process are Seat assembly FE modeling, dummy positioning, belt routing, Foam deformation, Connections Between Seat and BIW , Behavior of Dummy in Who are occupied in Rear Seat for various variants ( 3*50 , 2*95 ) was studied and same is reported to the client.   • 3. Project Description:The main aim of the simulation is to calculate the strength of the child seat mounting rods . S Fad(child seat ) was positioned in rear seat and loads will be applied in 4 different directions treated as 4 different variants i.e., +75 and -75 degrees to global X-axis and 3rd and 4th variants are parallel to X-axis with Tether and without Tether , which that will be connected to seat back panel .Finally , simulation has been done , animation will be seen and reported to the client. Moment dummies are positioned (provided by BMW) based on H-points and moment load will be applied on dummies . Finally , Animation will be seen and is reported to the clients . This bracket is used to hold the skey bag (rowing boat) by using belt which is connected to BIW , and the load will be applied in the direction of belt tensile direction . At this time , the load of the skey bag will be applied on the Luggage Room based on BMW standards .Then the strength of Luggage Room will be calculated . Finally , Animation will be seen and reported to the client .
