The basic function of a Rig Administrator includes co-ordination with the Rig Manager, HR Department, the crew, sub-contractors and all concerned (direct or indirect) parties and ensure smooth operations at all times. Responsibilities: 1. HR Policies and Procedures • Prepare and revise company policy and procedures for Indian Nationals Onshore and Offshore • Drafting of Assignment Letter for Indian Nationals Onshore and Offshore • Set up the Workplace Harassment Policy for the Company • Overlook HR Compliance Auditing • Draft various company letters (Employment, Promotion, Demotion, Resignation, Termination, Salary Annexure, New Passport, Relieving Letter, Transfer Letter) • Coordinating with legal advisor and advocates for pending legal cases and preparing the necessary legal documents to be submitted to the court for hearing • Prepare SOP (Payment of Wages, Payment of Bonus and Employees Provident Fund) 2. Responsible for Rig crewing for nominated Rigs • Actively Participate in manning the rig (New Contracts ) • Ensure that the new crew members (National Commuters) successfully complete their Pre-employment medical examination, safety courses and Induction camp before they go to Rig • Facilitate the transfer of expats to their rigs in consultation with unit as appropriate • Coordination and follow up for necessary forms and documents to process MOHA/IB/Visa/offshore pass 3. Manage crew scheduling and travel • Initiate WCAs New Hire / MLOA / PLOA / Transfer / Resignation / Termination /Promotion • Track MOHA / IB and Visa expiry date for the respective rig crew and renew as and when required. • Sending Letter of Invitations to the expat crew for their visa • Update crew change schedules on regular basis, incorporate necessary changes • Co-ordinate with crew on matters of approvals and chopper or transport timings • Prepare and send Crew Change Manifests as per the crew change schedule • Prepare Overtime / Under time / Training sheets every month and submitting to payroll • Check the Expense Claims and submit to payroll with managers' approval • Coordinate with travel desk for flight bookings for crew as per their schedule/ trainings/ Medicals etc. • Prepare and send the Time Sheets (only in case of Malaysian crew) • Coordinate with Manpower and shipping agents for mobilizing personnel’s to rig 4. Provide best possible service to the internal customer • Forward queries of the crew related to salary, benefits, OT, travel, level change, bonus, etc to the responsible parties and ensure quick response • Ensure all eligible crew members get their seniority awards in time 5. Facilitate relationship with the third party manpower provider by helping them to cater Transocean in better way. • Verification of invoices of third party manpower providers and forward them for approval

Experience in handling Rig’s in different countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, East Timor) • Arranging Visa’s for all the crew (Indian and Expat Commuters) in order to work in another country • Handle the local requirements of each country (Government and Customer Requirements) • Work from that location in order to run the business smoothly 7.
