  • 8. 8 What I Accomplished ? Project Activities Successfully Developed a new interface for an application along with Praveen T, as part of NIC program, with very less issues or defects reported and ZERO post-production issues. Successfully contributing as owner-DEV SUPPORT for all Trouble management applications during offshore hours, first of the kind for a development project in account, supplementing onshore & client team. Supporting both Remedy-Java & .NET teams in the project, and working in both technologies in a overlapped manner, to support the new joinees and for facilitating their training. Successfully implemented new interface for authentication services replacing existing one and completely changing the architecture, also provided hands-on training during this development to one of the new associate.
