So the other day I heard about the dog food recall… Yikes!
So I’ve decided to begin atransition from dry foods to home cooked dog food. After doing research, it seems pretty simple.
My dog seems to love her chickenand potato with veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and celery).
Dogs do not thoroughly chew, andto gain nutrients from the food, it should be finely chopped.
Chicken can be replaced or mixedwith turkey. Potato can be replaced or mixed with brown rice.
Only boil or oven cook chicken or turkey!

For dessert I give her small slices of apple and/or blueberries with a side of Greek Yogurt
