Responsibilities: · Co-ordinating with RM’s for the Recruitment and closing the requirement with the time period. · Ensuring that the on-boarding and off-boarding activities are done as per the requirements of the Project. · Taking care of Recruitment, Co-ordinating with different managers for different requirements, skill set, and technology. · Raising the New access request for the resources that are newly joined to the project & follow up with the F & S team until the resources get Access to restricted areas. · The seats are allocated to the newly joined resource through Admin and NCG.

Realising the seats once the resource is Off-boarded. · Creating a new Demands with Admin, and make sure that demand is fulfilled on time. · E-Locking the resource as per the instructions given by the Managers. · Soft lock , Future soft lock, Hard lock, Future hard lock · Co-ordinate with Recruitment team to on-board the resource for different skills sets. · Creating a Shared resource request for different resources. · Create a request in the E-procurement Tool regarding laptop, data card, mobile handset etc. · Coordinating with different vendors and negotiating with them. · Maintain Dow Roster; keep track of employee’s information. Maintaining the Resource details like IT Experience, Role, Contact numbers, Employee ids, Seat No’s, joining and release dates, Dow Asset (Desktop & Laptop) details in the tracker. · Raising the New access request for the resources that have newly joined to the project & follow up with the NCG & Admin team until the resources get Access to restricted areas. · Raising the Request to the admin department for Laptop/Desktop for the newly joined resources. Keep track of transfer of assets are done while off-boarding the Resources. · Maintaining Time and Availability Log. Keeping track of leaves, public holidays, Comp off’s, Sick leaves ,Training details & publishing the report by monthly · Booking the conference rooms for the weekly or Monthly Meetings. Attending Meeting with the Delivery Manager, PM’s and team members & sending the Minutes of Meeting (MOM) every week.
