The CITI conversion program involved the migration of all CITI customer data to CIBC’s TSYS platform ensuring smooth conversion without impacting any of the customer services & processing. The core Card processing software used in CIBC is ‘TS2-consumer’, a 3rd party product provided by TSYS. Under the AMS QA support, the team provides support and takes care of the QA testing part of all the CRs/Production tickets for 7-8 applications such as: TSYS, AS400, COINS, Mainframe, Intria, Contact manager, Capstone & Small apps. Worked as Offshore QA Manager for for CITI conversion project and later in AMS QA support for CIBC bank. Business Analyst, Settlement & Reconciliation Banco Santander Leeds, UK July ’09 – May ’10 Employer: Tata Consultancy Services Finance Integration & Commission & Subsidy Banco Santander completed the acquisition of GE Money UK Cards business in Jan’09. Santander initiated a Finance integration of the core receivables systems with their own proprietary platform called Partenon. This involved understanding the as-is environment then undertake a gap analysis exercise to prepare the final technical design and finally to build the code for the integration. GE Money UK uses Oracle GL and ReconNet as the financial reconciliation tool. The CardPac & Vision Plus receivables systems send the financial transactions information to Oracle GL and ReconNet on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Santander uses the Walker GL and SmartStream (SSR) as financial reconciliation tools. The work involved was to migrate from the legacy systems to the new financial systems and build new process to generate transaction feeds in receivables systems in the new format. Also a new commission & subsidy module was developed on Partenon platform. Responsibilities: • Understand and document the As-Is process of financial reconciliation and General Ledger reporting of GE Money UK. • Gather requirements from the Finance system users at client site, define scope. • Manage delivery of projects in an Onsite offshore model, with an offshore development team.
