The back end Sales Force tables are having relationship. ETL was required to identify the valid Parent – child records then transform & load into SFDC adhering to the rules set by the application owner. A series of Intra –day / Daily / Monthly ETL jobs were developed to facilitate data synchronization. An error module is developed to track the rejected data and re-process the same on next run. Daily reports were generated. SET Password API call is used to load the User Password/modified data. SOAP & BULK API are used for data synchronization with SFDC. Another set of job to download the User transactions set in SFDC (Like password/Address / Fund Switch changes) writes back into the admin systemto complete the cycle.

Since there was a difference in the range and reference information of the customer screening in NN Life, it was necessary to fix the system. To accomplish this, data from Dow Jones is used for screening & identifying person data. NN Life worked on the list of corporate which was used for corporate screening. A complex logic involving the various events in the policy cycle is developed which would identify potential anti-social elements & also the person of special interest.
