Transcripts - Natalie Jensen's Letter of Rec 2

  • 1. RE: Natalie Jensen September 27, 2014 To Whom It May Concern, I was immediately impressed with Natalie Jensen’s enthusiasm, determination, and professional demeanor when I began working with her in June of 2014. For the duration of the summer Natalie and I worked closely together and she consistently demonstrated all of these qualities and more. I heartily endorse her for any position. Natalie is reliable, dedicated and demonstrates great passion for Structural Engineering. She picked up concepts very quickly as I would guide her through a Structural Engineer’s typical work day. She grew immensely over the short four months that she interned at ESI/FME. Natalie is enthusiastic about this career path and shows great potential in this line of work. She was most productive when I allowed her to brainstorm solutions on her own for tasks such as detailing a floor plan or calculating beams and shear walls before providing her with more guidance. No matter the task, Natalie showed her ability to work with minimal supervision and unwavering commitment to exceeding expectations. Organized and diligent, Natalie quickly learned many terms and concepts that were unfamiliar to her when she first started at ESI/FME. Even on lunch breaks, she spent her time working hard and studying for her summer classes. Natalie is a top‐performing Structural Engineering Intern and has my highest recommendation. I am happy to furnish more details if you would like additional information. Yours truly, Juan M. Miguel Design Engineer ESI/FME Inc. ESI/FME, Inc. 1800 E 16th St. Site B Santa Ana, CA 92701 Tel.
