In the short few months that Natalie has been a part of the amSTATZ team, she has been a
tremendous contribution. Natalie joined my team as a Customer Success Manager taking on the
responsibility of running daily customer training calls, managing inbound customer tickets via
ZenDesk and Intercom, and facilitating customer account setups.
Natalie is able to learn and adapt quickly, with little oversight and is able to ask intelligent questions
and contribute where needed. To amSTATZ, she brought not only her customer service experience,
but also marketing aptitude. Not only was she able to contribute to the Customer Success team, she
also worked closely with the VP of Marketing to develop customer case studies and marketing
material. Natalie became such an asset to Marketing, that the team planned her transition into the
marketing team in Q1 of 2016.
Natalie not only does great work, but is a pleasure to work with. In our small team of four, she has
been fun to work with through good times and bad; good customer feedback and tough customer
out-cries. There is no doubt in my mind that Natalie can be successful in any type of work
Natalie's departure from amSTATZ has been for no other reason than the company’s failure to
maintain operating capital, resulting in a reduction in resources. It’s to my everlasting regret that we
lost such a great asset.
