This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality and exceptional organisation.  2015 (May-October): Northumbria University-Marketing and CRM Placement This was a six-month placement that I completed as part of the third year of my degree. My main duties in this role were to carry out all the daily admin activities, to liaise with the international department on CRM and to create communications. I also completed projects during this placement and was involved with the process of a media tender.  2014/15 (September-May): Da Tonino Ltd-Business Studies Placement This was an eight-month placement I completed as part of the third year of my degree. My main roles within the business included communicating with suppliers and customers, marketing, advertising and conducting market research.

It has improved my communication skills greatly as I am required to interact with customers, kitchen staff and waiting staff. Voluntary Work and Societies 2013 Volunteer for Diabetes UK 2015 Member of Northumbria University business and entrepreneurship society Nuovo- I joined this society for the networking and skill development opportunities that it offers. 2012-2015 Northumbria University Volunteer- this has involves accommodation tours for prospective students, helping out with open days and volunteering to work on the clearing hotline.
