NATASHA BYRNE Epsom, Surrey M: 07437 492229 E: cullennatasha@icloud.com Digital director with 12 years digital experience, about three less than Google I left my role as Global Digital Head of Media for Shell Petroleum's media agency and set up my own media consultancy based in Indonesia due to the opportunity I had been offered which was to lead the digital strategy for one of only two candidates in the Presidential elections in June 2014. Working closely with the candidates for VP and President, I was responsible for managing their SEO and content strategy, social media strategy and best practice implementation, overall internet strategy including mobile, desktop, digital signage, second screening and work closely with their PR, media agency responsible for buying, research and analytics teams, as well as their creative agency in order to deliver a winning and cohesive integrated digital strategy and user experience. Post elections I am back in the UK and living here full time again and during my stay in London I have been working as a digital director consultant for Vizeum (Part of Dentsu Aegis Network) on leading digital strategically for 2015 for BMW, AB InBev and Pfizer. During my 6 months in Vizeum I have managed to grow the client's digital footprint from purely paid social media to mobile, digital partnerships, and adoption of innovative technology and reporting tools and am keen to continue working in a freelance capacity with media agencies in need of short term/ interim digital strategic guidance and leadership for their clients. Some of my core skills: Managing team/teams of digital specialists, both core digital generalists and specialist teams required for all projects *Developing overall global and local digital strategies across mobile, desktop, vod, biddable, display, sponsorships, user journeys, measurement and data, and digitized traditional media into an overall cohesive and winning strategy. A background in both sales and strategy combined allows me to sell new opportunities with higher profit margins such as SEO, AFPs, community management, content strategy and audit etc to clients as well as develop key relationships further
