Here’s how…… Well tailored cloths always make cheap clothes look extravagant. Go to a vintage clothing shop. Find stores with good value that you can get either a lot of decent looking clothing for a good price (Macy’s) or go to a store where you can get top notch clothing for less (Men’s Warehouse) Take clothes to a tailor to be fixed up, and prepared in such a way that looks sophisticated Or actually be rich, and spend spend spend!

Here are some easy things to think about before, during, and after your work out…… Before your work up, stretch thoroughly and do a fair warm up. Make sure that you know how to properly use the equipment and know how to correctly perform each exercise. Use your full range of muscle motion Push it! Work your muscles through a full set After your workout, make sure to recover by stretching well again and eating food high in protein. To ensure you do not loose what you gained by lifting, eating right, sleeping well, and staying hydrated. http://www.gnc.com
