Research Skills: MAJOR RESEARCH PROJECT includes--“AI CHI VERSUS HOME
EXERCISE PROGRAM (12 DAYS) ON PAIN AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN
WOMEN WITH LOCALISED NECK PAIN-A RANDOMIZED CONTROLLED
TRIAL.”- Neck pain is a very common complaint especially among women. The project
involved studying the effectiveness of Ai Chi (Aquatic Therapy) versus conservative
management for acute and sub-acute neck pain. The research proved the superiority of Ai
Chi in pain management and improving quality of life.
