  • 3. PAGE 3 COURSES BUSINESS START-UP (PRIVATE) 2013 I sought help from a tutor to help me familiarize myself with starting a business and how to come up with enough ideas to create a minimum viable product (MVP) for a business. I also had the chance to know the basics of e-businesses and e-commerce which seemed very appealing to take on as a challenge. BRANDING COURSE (BASIC) BARAN GROUP FOR INT’L COMMUNICATION, 2011 I took part in a Branding Basics course during my on the job trainings (OJT) in Baran Group which was one of the most useful courses I had ever taken. It turned out to be very practical for me in my later job position. PROJECTS VALUE-BASED LEADERSHIP COURSES BARAN GROUP FOR INT’L COMMUNICATION, 2013-2014 I designed one of the most exceptional courses of Baran Group which involves mixing the mindset of the CEO of an organization with the course materials in order to unconsciously spread the mindset among the employees of the organization and to make sure that the staff are on the right track with the CEO’s expectations. This course is the only of its kind and it is designed for each organization differently. SMARTWAY INSTRUCTOR’S TRAINING COURSE BARAN GROUP FOR INT’L COMMUNICATION, 2012 As one of the developers of the SmartWay course, I helped design and execute the training course for its instructors. The course uses gamification theory as well as edutainment elements to help prepare the instructors. It is a field training game that helps build the spirit of paradigm shift in the participants and also assists them to prepare for stepping out of their comfort zone. This course was the turning point of my designs and it resulted in exceptional courses that have barely been developed in the country.
