Instrumental in the implementation of a streamlined work center induction procedure which enhanced the receiving process for 1200 assets valued at $3.4 million. This resulted in a reduction in maintenance backlog by 67%. All in direct uninterrupted support to 23 tenant commands and three aircraft carriers. Verified and issued 1519 test and check discrepancy maintenance action forms ensuring 100 percent accuracy for "Ready-for-Issue" assets with minimal turnaround time.
