IMA project 'Prevention of Diabetic Blindness in India'. The increasing incidence of diabetic blindness in India is a major concernand a serious health hazard . IMA has joined hand with All india Ophthalmological society to ight against this scourge. Nation wide campaigns to create and spread awareness about Diabetic blindness have already been commenced and are continuing all across the country. And for diabetic retinopathy screening of all diabetics, Diabetic Retinopathy Screening clinics are being set up in all urban , semi urban and rural areas . TRhis comprehensive project will be an ongoing programme
