Student Management System is based on the student of UOG. The positive aspect of this system is,
the data related to the students can be stored for long term purpose and there is no chance of data
redundancy or duplication with the use of the system. It’s easy to use for everyone no special
education or skill needed to operate this system because it is very simple and straight forward
system with brief and concise queries which is easily understandable for every person.
To store the data of the student and related with them for the long purpose. On the other hand, the
reusability of this system is very high because of the nature of this system.
Normal Graphics are used for the interface of this system to minimize the compile time and the
memory allocation during the execution and loading process. Simply store the data of student and
information of the student in database.
Scope is still limited, but it’s not difficult to enhance the scope of this system, we cannot modify or
update data as limited functions and file handling is used. In future we can enhanced the student
information management system in to the “University Information Management System” and can
stored the data of not only the students but also the staffs and teachers etc.
General requirements for this system is limited data of limited students.
Gather student information like, their roll number, first name, last name and their respective course
code and then display results of the queries.
NON FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
There is no chance of error until user enters the wrong data, all the errors can be cause only by
human error there is no logical error and runtime error found in the system. There is no chance of
data redundancy. The reliability of the system depends upon the operating system of the user
personal computer, RAM, processor of the computer.
There are no data dependencies in this application.
Minimum specification of the system is 512 RAM, DUAL CORE1 GHz processor,
Standard C Compiler, Hard Disk 40 GB.
