Preserving Native Culture in Stone

Native language and culture have been at a critical state for the past 50 years . Since the introduction of residential schools, natives had quit speaking their language. The elders stopped passing down the oral traditions and the younger generation no longer know who they are. We as native people have been fighting back for the last 15-20 years but it is a slow uphill battle.
