The pupils are taught the Greek language, maths, geography,
physics, history, religious education, environmental studies,
computing, art, music, theatre, English, physical education. Our
school emphasizes cross-curricular (thematic) teaching.

Our school is on the Greek Island of Paros which is
the third biggest in size in the Cyclades region. The
population is about 14.000. It is in the center of the
Aegean Sea and is one of the most popular touristic
destinations in Greece.
Some of its famous products are olive oil, wine,
vegetables and fish. Parian marble has also been
famous from the 7th B.C., many known statues are
made of it, such as the Venus de Milo (Aphrodite of
Milos), Hermes of Praxiteles and Winged Victory of
Parikia, the Paros

The Cyclades comprise about 220 islands, some of them are Amorgos,
Anafi, Andros, Antiparos, Delos, Ios, Paros, Naxos, Syros, Santorini,
Mykonos, Milos etc.
Most of the smaller islands are uninhabited.

Greece has the 11th longest coastline in the world with
13,676 km (8,498 mi).
The climate of Greece is mild-Mediterranean
with mild wet winters and hot dry summers.
The main products which are produced in Greece are olives, olive oil,
cotton, oranges and many other agricultural products.
