SCORE BOARD- EVERY TIME THE BALL IS HIT OFF SCREEN BY A PLAYER, THEY WILL SCORE A POINT. WHEN A PLAYER SCORES A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF POINTS & WINS THE SCORE AND GAME WILL RESET. BALL- THIS CAN BOUNCE OFF THE WALLS & PADDLES. WHEN THIS APPEARS OFF SCREEN, A POINT WILL BE ADDED TO THE SCORE BOARD. WHEN THE GAME WAS FIRST RELEASED, IT WAS ONLY AVAILABLE TO PLAY ON ARCADE MACHINES. LATER ON IN 1975, THE HOME EDITION WAS THEN BROUGHT OUT TO PLAY. PONG IS CONSIDERED TO BE THE GAME THAT REVOLUTIONIZED THE VIDEO GAME INDUSTRY. PADDLE- THIS IS WHAT THE PLAYER CONTROLS. THE AIM IS TO USE IT TO HIT THE BALL IN THE OPPOSITE PLAYERS SCORING ZONE & TO PROTECT YOUR OWN. THE STATES/ COLLISIONS OF PONG - WALLS- THE BALL CAN BOUNCE OFF OF THIS SURFACE DIVIDER WALL- THIS DIVIDES THE TWO SCORING ZONES AND PLAYER AREAS, HELP ASISTS PLAYER.
